International Procurement Specialist (Frozen Fish)

We are looking for a strong international buyer with real experience in sourcing frozen fish from global markets. Someone who knows how to negotiate, control quality, read the market and secure the best lots at the right price.
What you will do:

Identify and develop suppliers in Asia, Europe, Latin America

Negotiate prices, volumes, contracts and delivery terms

Manage the full procurement cycle: lot selection → QC → shipment

Track market trends, seasons, quality specs and pricing

Coordinate certifications, documentation, logistics and PSI

Build a reliable supplier base and ensure stable supply for sales teams
What we expect:

3+ years in international procurement (fish/food/FMCG preferred)

Strong negotiation and analytical skills

Solid understanding of Incoterms 2020, logistics, QC

English + Russian (professional level); Spanish/Nordic is a plus

Ability to work independently and deliver measurable results
