We are looking for a high-energy B2B Sales Manager to grow the marine collagen category across pharmacy chains, health stores, e-commerce and cosmetic manufacturers. If you know how to sell value, build trust and deliver results — this role is for you.

What you will do:

  • Win new B2B clients and grow existing accounts

  • Lead sales meetings, product demos and negotiations

  • Manage the full sales cycle: outreach → presentation → order → repeat

  • Work with pharmacies, health & wellness retailers and distributors

  • Monitor sales KPIs, forecasts and CRM data

  • Represent the brand at exhibitions and industry events

  • Collaborate with marketing on product visibility and market expansion

What we expect:

  • 3+ years of B2B sales experience (supplements, cosmetics, health or FMCG)

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills

  • Confident English, fluent Latvian & Russian

  • Ability to explain product benefits and drive customer decisions

  • Self-driven, disciplined, positive and result-oriented
