We are looking for a high-energy B2B Sales Manager to grow the marine collagen category across pharmacy chains, health stores, e-commerce and cosmetic manufacturers. If you know how to sell value, build trust and deliver results — this role is for you.
What you will do:

Win new B2B clients and grow existing accounts

Lead sales meetings, product demos and negotiations

Manage the full sales cycle: outreach → presentation → order → repeat

Work with pharmacies, health & wellness retailers and distributors

Monitor sales KPIs, forecasts and CRM data

Represent the brand at exhibitions and industry events

Collaborate with marketing on product visibility and market expansion
What we expect:

3+ years of B2B sales experience (supplements, cosmetics, health or FMCG)

Strong communication and negotiation skills

Confident English, fluent Latvian & Russian
