International Trader / Sales Manager (Frozen Fish)

We are looking for a strong international trader who knows how to sell, negotiate and manage the full cycle — from identifying lots to delivering shipments.
Your mission:
Win clients in Europe, Asia, Latin America. Sell frozen fish with high margin. Build long-term accounts.
What you will do:

Find and manage international buyers

Prepare offers, negotiate prices, close deals

Track markets, lots, quality, inspections

Coordinate shipments, documents, QC

Build a client portfolio and deliver monthly targets
What we expect:

Experience in international B2B sales (fish/food is a plus)

Strong negotiation and commercial skills

English fluent, Russian prof., LV — conversational

Excel, documentation, Incoterms

Ability to work independently and deliver results
