We are looking for a strong international trader who knows how to sell, negotiate and manage the full cycle — from identifying lots to delivering shipments.

Your mission:
Win clients in Europe, Asia, Latin America. Sell frozen fish with high margin. Build long-term accounts.

What you will do:

  • Find and manage international buyers

  • Prepare offers, negotiate prices, close deals

  • Track markets, lots, quality, inspections

  • Coordinate shipments, documents, QC

  • Build a client portfolio and deliver monthly targets

What we expect:

  • Experience in international B2B sales (fish/food is a plus)

  • Strong negotiation and commercial skills

  • English fluent, Russian prof., LV — conversational

  • Excel, documentation, Incoterms

  • Ability to work independently and deliver results
